Accounts Merged by the Guest

If the guest enters an email address that is already associated with another rewards account, they receive an email asking them to merge their accounts. Clicking the Merge Rewards Cards link in the email merges the accounts and opens the rewards account page of the merged account.

After merging the accounts, the guest receives a confirmation email containing a link to access the merged account.


When guests merge their rewards cards, they are combining their cards to link to the same rewards account. Both rewards cards remain active after this type of merge.
