Device Troubleshooting

If your Toast Go stops responding or will not power on, try the troubleshooting suggestions listed below, in the order presented.

  • Ensure the Toast Go is fully charged and has been connected to power for at least three hours.

  • Force restart the Toast Go.

  • If the power button or volume buttons are not responsive, ensure that the case is properly closed.
