Toast Marketing

The Toast marketing feature enables you to use guest information to send customized emails to welcome new guests, recognize frequent guests, advertise seasonal offerings, and ultimately create a better guest experience.

You must have the Restaurant Admin > Marketing Info access permission to manage email marketing campaigns for your restaurant.

To access your restaurant's Toast marketing page:

  1. Access the Toast administration back-end.

  2. Select Marketing > Email Marketing.

The following sections contain information on configuring basic settings, types of email campaigns, audience segments, and current limitations of the Toast marketing feature for single and multi-location restaurants.
