Getting Started with Toast Marketing for Multi-Location Restaurants

When you first access Toast marketing in the Toast administration back-end, you complete an onboarding workflow where you set basic configuration options such as your management group's logo, default physical address, a reply-to email address, and a personalized sender name.

If you have the Restaurant Admin > Marketing Info access permission, you can log into the Toast administration back-end at any location that is part of your management group and complete the onboarding workflow. Once you complete the workflow for one location, all remaining locations are automatically onboarded to Toast marketing. The configuration options you set during onboarding are applied to the management group as a whole. See Configuring Toast Marketing Settings for information on customizing location-specific settings.
