Offering Bonus Points


Bonus point offerings are in limited release only.

In addition to offering loyalty points on menu item purchases, you can also offer ways for guests to earn bonus points through the Toast loyalty program. You can offer bonus points for signing up, a bonus amount on the guest's birthday, as well as days and times when guests accrue double or triple points on their orders.

To enable a bonus

  1. Access the Toast administration back-end and then select Marketing > Loyalty Program.

  2. Make sure your Toast loyalty program is active. When the program is active, the Your Toast Loyalty Program is active toggle is set to On.

  3. In the Points & Rewards > Bonus points you offer section, determine the bonus(es) you want to offer and set the corresponding toggle(s) to On.

  4. Save and publish your changes.

    The bonus is now active.
