Updating Location Settings for a Restaurant Location

When you select your restaurant location in the View settings for drop-down box in the Location section, the updates you make to the configuration options only affect the one-time campaign templates used at this location. These updates do not affect the automated campaign email templates that can only be edited and sent on behalf of your management group.

Important

Updates to the configuration options under the Location section are not applied to draft one-time campaigns. The templates will reflect the changes when you start drafting your next one-time campaign.

To update one-time campaign email templates used at your restaurant location

  1. Access your restaurant location in the Toast administration back-end, and then select Marketing > Email Marketing.

  2. On the top right corner of the Toast Marketing dashboard page, select Settings.

  3. In the Location section of the Toast Marketing settings page, select your restaurant location in the View settings for drop-down box.

  4. Update the desired configuration options. You can update more than one configuration option before proceeding to the next step.

  5. Select Save and apply updates.

    You see a message confirming that your updates have been applied. These changes are applied to the one-time campaign templates and you see them when you begin drafting your next one-time campaign email.
