Review and compare revenue center sales

To select a single revenue center for an in-depth review, or to select a set of revenue centers so that you can review consolidated sales data for them, you must have the Restaurant Admin > Sales Reports access permission. Then, follow these steps.

  1. Access the Toast administration back-end.

  2. Select Analytics & Reports > Overview.

  3. Use the View options at the top of the page to select a period of time, a daily time frame, and a set of employees.

  4. Select More, and then select Revenue Center.

  5. From the Revenue Centers list, select one or more revenue centers.

  6. Select Load Report (or Update if you previously generated the report). The system updates the overview report to include data for the selected revenue center or centers only.
