Loyalty Program

The version of the Loyalty Program page described in the following sections is in limited release.

To review and change your restaurant's loyalty program settings, you must have the Restaurant Admin > Marketing Info access permission.

To access loyalty program settings, select Marketing > Loyalty Program in the Toast administration back-end.

To activate your restaurant's loyalty program, turn on the Your Toast Loyalty Program is active option. When you activate the program, guests who have loyalty accounts accrue points on their orders and can redeem points for cash discounts. Guests who do not have a loyalty account are prompted to sign up for an account.

To deactivate the loyalty program, turn off the Your Toast Loyalty Program is active option. When you deactivate the program, guests with existing loyalty accounts do not accrue points on purchases, and guests who do not have a loyalty account are not prompted to sign up. You can choose whether you want guests who have already accrued points to redeem them. To allow guests to redeem points when the loyalty program is inactive, select the Guests can still redeem rewards check box.
