Support Icon

The support icon indicates when an error has occurred on the device.

Icon State Description Resolution

Blinking red

The device contains one or more orders that have not been synced with the Toast POS servers.

Contact Toast Support, via Toast Central, to resolve this error.

Blinking blue

The device is not syncing with other Toast POS devices and is not receiving updates or orders placed on other devices.

Continue using this device to place orders. Do not switch to another device and restart the same order that was being placed when the device began having syncing issues as this will cause duplicate orders. Contact Toast Support, via Toast Central, for further assistance.
