Touch Screen Does Not Respond or the Unit Will Not Turn On

To prevent these problems, Toast support recommends that you charge your Toast Go daily and avoid running its battery down to 0%.

If you do experience one of these problems, try the troubleshooting suggestions listed below, in the order presented:

  • Make sure the Toast Go has been charged for at least 3 hours.

  • Force restart the Toast Go.

  • Simultaneously press and hold the power button and the home button for five seconds.

If none of these suggestions resolve the problem, you can RMA the device if it is within warranty.
