Wireless Network Does Not Work or the Toast POS App Is Stuck Offline

A thin yellow bar at the top of the Toast Go screen indicates that the device is not connected to the wireless network or the Toast POS app is in offline mode. Try the troubleshooting suggestions listed below, in the order presented, to resolve these problems:

  • In the Android operating system's Settings, toggle Wi-Fi off and on. If the device is still offline, continue to the next suggestion.

  • View the details for the Toast wireless network connection and tap Forget, then reconnect to the Toast wireless network.
