Revenue Centers Report

The revenue centers report gives you insight into income generated by each of your defined revenue centers (main dining room, bar, patio, private room, and so on). For the timeframe and locations you select, this report includes a row for each revenue center that generated one or more checks.

Column Computation and Description

Check Qty

The count of all checks in the revenue center.

Net Sales

Net sales in the revenue center.

Grand Total ≈ Top Numbers Net Sales

Discounts

Discounts in the revenue center.

Grand Total ≈ Top Numbers Discounts - Deferred Sales Grand Total Discounts

Gross Sales

Net Sales + Discounts in the revenue center.

Grand Total ≈ Top Numbers Gross Sales - Deferred Sales Grand Total Discounts

Taxes

Taxes collected on sales in the revenue center.

Discrepancies of $0.01 between the grand total for this column and the value on the top numbers report are the result of fractional penny rounding at the item level.

The percentage that the number of checks in this revenue center contributed to the total number of checks.

The percentage that checks in this revenue center contributed to net sales.
