Automatic Rewards Account Lookup

When a guest signs up for a rewards account, the credit card used to pay the check is automatically added as a verified linked credit card to their account.

When they pay subsequent checks using this linked credit card, the Toast POS system automatically looks up and applies the guest's existing rewards account to the check.

If the guest has accrued enough points to redeem a reward, that is if they have reached the accrual target configured for your rewards program, they see the following prompt with redemption options:
