Known Limitations of Toast Marketing

This section lists the current limitations of Toast marketing for multi-location restaurants.

Limitation Suggested workarounds

Users accessing Toast marketing in the Toast administration back-end using the Apple® Safari® may be unable to view certain pages like the email editor or the campaign statistics page. This is due to the way Safari handles third-party cookies.

  • If available, use an alternate web browser to access Toast marketing in the Toast administration back-end.

  • If you have not enabled pop-up blocking in Safari, simply reload the page to display the content.

  • If you have enabled pop-up blocking in Safari:

    • Disable the pop-up blocker and reload the Toast marketing page. You will see a pop-up window that displays the MailJet email platform's website. Close this pop-up and reload the Toast marketing page to display the content.

    • If you wish to keep pop-up blocking enabled:

      1. In a new tab, access MailJet's webpage at www.mailjet.com.

      2. Return to the Toast marketing email editor page and reload it to display the content.
