Signing Up on a Toast Kiosk


Rewards program features for kiosks are in limited release.

Guests ordering on a kiosk can sign up for a rewards account after placing their order.

To sign up on a kiosk

  1. Guest adds items to their order but does not add a rewards account.

  2. Guest checks out and pays for their order with a credit card that is not associated with an existing rewards account.

  3. On the next screen, guest enters their email address or phone number when prompted to sign up for your restaurant's rewards program.

  4. Guest receives an email or text message with a link to their new rewards account.


In restaurant locations that allow cash payments for kiosk orders, the rewards sign up workflow is similar to that of signing up on a POS device. This is because the kiosk payment workflow directs guests paying with cash to a restaurant employee processing payments at a POS terminal.
