Signing Up on a Toast POS Device

The POS device prompts guests to sign up for a rewards account when they pay:

  • Without linking a rewards account to the check.

  • With a credit card that is not associated with an existing rewards account.

  • With cash.

When prompted, guests can enter an email address or phone number to receive a link to their newly created rewards account.

Guests can also sign up for a rewards account after their check is closed.

To access the rewards signup screen from a closed check

  1. On the navigation bar of the order screen on your Toast POS device, tap the Previous Checks button.

  2. Locate the guest's check under the Paid Checks or Closed Checks tab and open it.

  3. Tap the Pay ($) button.

  4. On the payment screen, tap the Rewards Signup button.

  5. Enter an email address or phone number to sign up for a rewards account.
