Customized Prompts on the Guest Engagement Dashboard

With this release, your Guest Engagement Dashboard displays feature configuration suggestions, next steps, and tips that are tailored to the way your restaurant uses the Toast loyalty, guest feedback, and email marketing features.

Campaign Information Auto-populated on Edit and Send Page for Toast Marketing

With this release, the Reference campaign name and Email subject are auto-populated on the Edit and Send page while drafting one-time Toast marketing campaigns. You can edit these values before proceeding to the next step.

Guest Feedback Screen Is Locked to Portrait Mode on Smaller Toast POS Devices

An issue existed where the Guest Feedback screen that a guest sees after making a payment would not fully fill the entire screen when a Toast POS device was rotated into horizontal mode. That screen has been modified so that it is locked in portrait mode on smaller Toast POS devices.
