Determining if an employee was automatically archived

Follow the procedure below to determine if an employee was automatically archived.

To determine if an employee was automatically archived

  1. Access Toast Web.

  2. Choose Employees > Employee management > Employees to open the Employees page.

  3. Select the Archived tab at the top of the page to view all archived employees.

    The Archived By column displays Toast Automation for automatically archived employees. For employees that are manually archived, the column displays the name of the person who archived them.
