Toast IQ can review your menu setup and identify items that may not perform well on first-party and third-party online ordering channels. It flags common issues such as items missing pricing or descriptions, items not optimized for digital display (for example, no image), or items not visible on online ordering channels even though they appear on the POS menu. Visibility on a channel cascades down the menu hierarchy: the menu, its menu group, and the item itself must all have the channel enabled for the item to appear. When you ask why something isn't showing up, Toast IQ checks all three levels.
