Order Management

The order management API helps streamline online order management workflows at restaurants that use the Toast platform.

The order management API has two endpoints:

  • /orderingSchedule: Using this endpoint, you can retrieve a restaurant location's online ordering schedule using this endpoint. The schedule helps you determine when your online ordering platform should allow guests to place orders that the restaurant will prepare immediately. You can also use the schedule to determine if and when guests can use your platform to schedule orders for future fulfillment. For more information about the /orderingSchedule endpoint, see .

  • /quoteTime: Using this endpoint, you can retrieve the amount of time a restaurant needs to fulfill an online order. Based on the quote time information for an order which is placed for immediate or future fulfillment, your online ordering platform can display an accurate estimate of when a guest's order will be fulfilled. For more information about the /quoteTime endpoint, see .
