Configuring guest allergies

Currently, the allergies feature is only available for Toast Tables. For more information, see this Toast Support article.

On the Toast Tables page in Toast Web, you can configure your reservation settings and choose if you want to allow guests to select allergies when they book a reservation.

To configure guest allergies

  1. Access Toast Web.

  2. Go to Waitlist & Reservations > Settings > Toast Tables > General > Allergies to open the Allergies section.

  3. Under the Allergies section, select from the dropdown menu of allergies guests can choose from when booking a reservation.

  4. Select the Save changes button to save your changes.

  5. Go to the Toast account > Publishing > Publishing center page to publish your changes. For more information, see Publishing center overview.

    Your guests will be able to choose from a list of allergies when they book a reservation on Toast Tables.
