The bulk import employees tool allows you to use a CSV file to add employees to one or more Toast locations. With the bulk import employees tool, you can also add jobs to imported users, assign Toast POS device passcodes, or designate employees as Single Sign-On (SSO) users.
To use the bulk import employees tool, your restaurant must have the Restaurant Management Essentials, Restaurant Management Pro, or Restaurant Management Enterprise package or the multi-location module to access the bulk import employees tool.
