The PMS-provider service allows employees at your restaurant to close orders to a guest room, using a room charge payment option, and allows your hotel's property management system (PMS) to include these transactions within the hotel night audit process, accounting processes, and other reporting.

A restaurant guest charges an order to their guest room folio.
Note
The format used with Toast platform orders cannot naturally be accepted by your PMS and must be converted.

Order details are sent to the PMS-provider service.

The PMS-provider service converts the order details and sends them to your PMS.

The converted order details are accepted by the PMS and the order is posted to the guest folio.
