Detailed overview

The PMS-provider service allows employees at your restaurant to close orders to a guest room, using a room charge payment option, and allows your hotel's property management system (PMS) to include these transactions within the hotel night audit process, accounting processes, and other reporting.

When an order is charged to a guest room, the order details are converted into an acceptable PMS message format. Currently, only the MICROS message format is supported.
