When you redeem credits as payment for a check, the Toast platform applies the value of the credit as a discount.
Toast Web Analytics & Reports > Overview report includes the value of redeemed guest credits in the Discount Amount column and in the order details display. The Analytics & Reports > Finance Overview includes customer credit redemptions on the discounts report.
