On the Service Report screen, you can view your restaurant’s performance by service periods (day parts). Service periods divide your day into distinct segments, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can set service periods in Toast Web. To configure service periods, choose Reports > Settings > Hours/services and navigate to the Services section to add or remove a service period.
The Service Report screen displays your restaurant’s service report filtered by service periods. On the Service Report screen, you can also view and complete various actions, such as view all clocked out employees and closed cash drawers, create cash deposits, and print your service report.
To view your service report

On the Toast POS app, navigate to Manager Activities, and select Service Report to open the Service Report screen.

The Service Report screen displays your restaurant’s service report. To filter your report by service period, select the service period drop-down and then select the period you want to view data for. To refresh the data, select the Refresh button above the service period drop-down.
On the Service Report screen, you can also access certain Toast POS screens to complete various actions. On the Service Reportscreen, you can:

View all clocked out employees. Select the View button to open the Time Cards screen.

View all closed cash drawers. You can choose to:

Close: This opens the Cash Drawers screen where you can close open cash drawers.

View: This opens the Cash Drawers screen where you view all closed cash drawers.

Create a cash deposit. You can choose to:

Create: This opens the Cash Deposits screen where you can create a cash deposit.

View: This open the Cash Deposits screen where you can view all cash deposits.

Print your service period report.

If the service report fails to load, check that service periods have been configured in Toast Web. If you have configured service periods, check your device’s network cable or Wi-Fi connection.
