Configuring minimum lead times

Lead times are configured in hours.

Minimum lead times determine when your guests can place an online order for takeout or delivery. For example, if you set a 24 hour lead time, guests cannot place an online order for less than 24 hours in advance. When selecting a scheduled order date, guests only see dates at least 24 hours out and more. This feature is useful for restaurants with catering services or other instances where advance notice is required. For more information about lead times, see Online Ordering: Advanced Settings.

Note

You cannot set certain menu items or menu groups to have a minimum lead time. Minimum lead times apply at the restaurant level and to all orders.
