When an order is in the process of being delivered by a DoorDash driver (Dasher), the guest receives the following text notifications during the delivery process.

Initial notification: This message is sent when the Dasher is en-route to the restaurant. The message also contains the TDS tracking link. Select the TDS tracking link to view Dasher information and location.

Pick-up notification: This message is sent when the Dasher has picked up their order.

Rating notification: This message is sent when the order has been marked as delivered. There is an option to rate the delivery experience.

Orders Hub displays various status indicators that show the fulfillment progress for a TDS order. Orders Hub displays the following status indicators during the fulfillment and delivery process.
