The guest profile snapshot displays guest data and information to restaurant operators to help enhance the overall guest experience. A check mark badge on the guest’s order indicates they are a recognized guest. The following guest profile information is displayed on the order:

Guest’s first name and last initial

Number of visits
When you select the guest profile, a dialog box appears with the following information:

Phone number

Guest email (if applicable)

First seen at store location date

Average spend per check
