If your device is offline due to a Toast outage, you are unable to change or modify your quote time strategy. For example, if you have enabled the kitchen capacity strategy, the last quote times you set for takeout and delivery and any previously set order price rules apply until your device is online again. Once your device is online, you will be able to change or modify your quote time strategy.
